2.6 Contact form and email communication
The following information can be entered on the contact page:

- organisation;

The contact form does not transmit the entered data to a form server or an external form provider. When the “Prepare email” function is selected, the website opens the enquirer’s email programme. The entered information is passed to that email programme. The message is sent only when the enquirer expressly initiates sending it from their email programme.
The information is processed to handle the enquiry, communicate with the enquirer, assign the matter to the responsible self-employed person and, where applicable, prepare a collaboration.

Providing the information is generally voluntary. However, without the information required to handle your enquiry, we may not be able to process or answer it. Information required to prepare or perform a contract is necessary for the relevant contract or its further performance.

2.7 Recipients and disclosure
Recipients of personal data may include:
- IONOS as hosting and email service provider;
- the self-employed person within brAIncrew responsible for the relevant matter;
- other recipients where disclosure is necessary to handle the matter or is permitted or required by law.
Personal data is not disclosed for advertising or marketing purposes.
According to the provider information underlying the specific IONOS product used, the data described in the preceding sections is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union. This statement applies only to the IONOS services described.
2.8 Storage period and deletion
We delete personal data as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require further storage.
Enquiries are stored for as long as necessary to handle them and continue communication.
If an enquiry results in a collaboration or contractual relationship, statutory retention obligations may apply. The relevant data is then retained for the period required by law.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, the data is deleted unless another legal basis for its storage exists.
